I am working on an article about the how businesses work in our area and how one business actually has the mentality of the old time plantations.
Since going through my own psychological problems, I have had to delve deep into why I almost lost my mind and am finding out that the pervasive "plantation" attitude had much to do with it.
I will be doing research on the structure of the plantation and doing a comparison of the mechanics of this particular business to the plantation.
It should be interesting.
